On Saturday Mercy traveled to Monta Vista for the first game in the Firebird Tournament. Under the lights and the rain Mercy came out early and got on the board thanks to Sydney Domingo '26 the second goal came from Monta Vista themselves. Mercy and Monta Vista tied 2-2 for to open the Firebird Tournament.

On Tuesday Mercy traveled to San Mateo High School for the second round of the Firebird Tournament. It was a close battle all the way through to the end. San Mateo scored once and that was enough to hold on for the 1-0.
